Graduate - PA College of Optometry 1985. Received honors in clinical excellence for the 4th academic year.
Certified by the PA Board of Optometry to prescribe therapeutic pharmaceutical agents for the treatment of anterior eye diseases and glaucoma.
Active member of PA. Optometric Assoc., Central Society, since 1985.
Past president & active member of the Upper Adams Lions Club since 1993. Eyeglass committee chairman. Provides eye exams & glasses for several Adams County Lions Clubs.
Participates annually in InfantSee & Vision U.S.A. - Programs designed to provide free eye exams & glasses for families & working individuals without health insurance.
Has participated in diabetic eye screenings, sponsored by Tri-County Association for the blind.
Practicing at the Adams-Cumberland Medical Center in Gardners, since 1988.

Joined the practice in May 2003. Serves as Dr. Stoken's assistant for patient care.

Joined the practice in June 2002.
Coordinates patient scheduling and obtaining insurance authorizations.
Handles the ordering of contact lenses and eyeglasses.
Nan, Insurance Billing Specialist
Joined the practice in February 2005.
Completed a Medical Billing Certification Program from HACC, Gettysburg Campus, in May 2004.
Handles submission and reimbursement for all third party insurance claims.
